Dear Customers,
The times indicated below and on GOOGLE are guidelines for making: appointments, picking up or dropping off your watch and for when I am available by phone (when I am working on a watch, I do not answer and anonymous callers are ignored)
For information, service or repair requests you can visit the website 24/7 via the contact form or whatsapp. You will receive a response as soon as possible (this is the best way, since I am not always able to answer the phone).
The studio itself is not accessible to customers as standard; visits and the delivery and/or collection of watches are only possible by appointment.
